GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all room rentals and reservations managed by EMJI SARL (Hôtel de la Plage).
Standard Rate: Room without breakfast
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Rate Including Breakfast:
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellable up to 2 days (48 hours) before your arrival. Beyond this timeframe, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Interruption of Stay:
In the event that the stay is interrupted for any reason beyond the hotel’s control, the client will not be entitled to any refund.
COVID/Pandemic Clause:
Reservations may be cancelled at the client’s request in the event of a lockdown and/or travel restrictions.
THE STAY
Arrival and departure times must be respected.
Arrival (time from which the room is guaranteed to be available): 1:00 PM
Departure (latest time by which the client must vacate the room): 11:00 AM. All payments are due on the date specified in the booking confirmation and according to the terms and conditions of sale. Payment by check or in foreign currency will not be accepted. Extras for hotel guests must be paid for on the day of departure by credit card or cash at reception. Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, cash, and ANCV holiday vouchers.
LIABILITY
Hotel Liability: As safes are provided for guests in hotel rooms and suites, our company cannot be held liable in case of loss or theft. Guest responsibility: In the event of missing or damaged items in the hotel room, the cost of repairs will be charged to the guest at the end of their stay. In the event of inappropriate guest behavior or intentional damage, the hotel management may terminate the stay immediately, without refunds or compensation. The guest will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
SECURITY
House Rules: Each guest is responsible for any disturbances or damage caused. If the peace, integrity, or safety of people living or working on the premises is disturbed, we may terminate the stay immediately, without compensation. Guests must avoid any act of recklessness or negligence. In particular, they must ensure that their room is not left open and unattended, and that it is locked when they are not present to prevent any intrusion. In general, guests must use their accommodation and its furnishings in a normal manner. Under no circumstances will our company be held liable in the circumstances described below.
Stolen or Damaged Items: Our company will not be held liable under any circumstances for theft or damage to guests’ belongings that occurs in their rooms. A safe is available to guests in each room and suite. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
CAR PARKING
Subject to availability upon arrival. A space will be allocated to you according to the size of your vehicle.
Cars or motorcycles only. Oversized vehicles, trailers, motorhomes, vans, minibuses, trucks, etc., will be systematically refused due to lack of space.
Parking is available for an additional €8 per night (from arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure). Parking is available opposite the hotel with a parking meter.
BICYCLE PARKING
The hotel has covered bicycle parking in its private parking lot. Bicycles can be locked to a metal rack for security. Reservations are not possible; spaces are subject to availability.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
SERVICES
Extra Bed
No extra beds can be added.
Baby cot:
Available for an additional €5.00 per night, upon request at the time of booking, subject to availability and space in the selected room. (Available in select rooms only; please contact reception before booking.)
BREAKFAST:
Buffet style, €10 per person.
Free for children under 5 years old.
Children under 12 years old: €5.00.
