Our hotel offers a multitude of varied facilities to ensure a wonderful stay in all seasons.

Arrival and Departure

 

  • Arrival formalities:
    The client must present a valid identity document upon arrival.
  • Arrival time:
    Rooms are available from 1 PM.
  • Check-out time:
    Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in an additional night’s charge. Luggage can be left at reception if needed.
  • Room keys:
    The key is given to the guest upon arrival and must be returned upon departure. In case of loss or failure to return the key, a flat fee of €70 will be charged for its replacement.
  • Breakfast:
    Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, either in your room or in the ground floor dining room.

Respect for privacy and tranquility

 

  • Noise disturbances:
    This establishment is a place of rest.
    Disturbances, even during the day, are prohibited. Any customer causing a disturbance or scandal of any kind may be asked to leave immediately. In the interest of maintaining the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • Behavior:
    Any indecent, noisy, inappropriate or immoral behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion.
  • Dress code:
    Appropriate attire is required in common areas.

Safety, Hygiene and Prohibitions

 

  • No Smoking:
    For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. This is in accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, which sets out the conditions for implementing the smoking ban in areas designated for collective use. Smoking in the hotel may result in an additional charge of €70 or legal action. Any false alarm triggered due to non-compliance with this rule will be charged €150 to cover the cost of resetting the fire safety system. Cooking, eating meals, and laundry are also prohibited in guest rooms.
  • Valuables:
    The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises or in the parking lot. No valuables should be left in vehicles. Please lock all valuables in the designated safes.
  • Dangerous/Illegal Items:
    It is forbidden to bring into the establishment any illicit or dangerous products or substances, or any objects that could compromise safety (stoves, electric hobs, weapons, etc.).
  • Room occupancy:
    The room is rented for a specific number of people. Rooms are reserved exclusively for those registered at the time of booking.

For security reasons, any outside visitors must be reported to reception.

Responsibilities and Payment

 

  • Payment: The full amount of the stay must be paid upon the client’s arrival at the establishment. No payment can be made on the day of departure.
  • In case of non-payment: in accordance with article 313-5 of the Penal Code, fraud (refusal to pay) is punishable by law.
  • Guarantee: The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card. A valid credit card is required upon arrival.
  • Animals: Animals are not allowed on the premises.
  • Children: Children are the sole responsibility of the client.

Daily Procedure and Respect

 

  • Daily Procedure:
    The service includes cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom, replenishing toiletries and consumables, general tidying, emptying the trash, and airing the room. The bed is made, and bath towels are changed only if they are left on the floor or in the bathtub/shower (in an effort to protect the environment). A complete change of bedding (sheets and pillowcases) is carried out every 3 days or upon special request.
  • Service Interruption:
    Signage: If the guest does not wish their room to be cleaned, they must display the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the room door.
    Non-Cleaning: If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is still displayed after the last cleaning time, cleaning service will not be provided that day.
    Hotel Access: Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign, hotel staff reserve the right to access the room in case of urgent necessity or obvious danger (technical emergency, security, suspicion).
  • Respect for Equipment and Products
    Customers are asked not to use towels to remove makeup or clean soiled surfaces (shoes, technical equipment, etc.) to avoid irreversible stains. The cost of replacement
  • Customer Commitment:
    Failure by the customer to comply with any provision of these regulations will obligate the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment immediately and without any compensation or refund.

Found objects

Lost and found items will be kept for a limited time. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
